Shipping & Delivery – The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. All orders are shipped within 7 business days from time of purchase (unless there is an item is out of stock or on backorder). If an item is out of stock or on backorder, KBPE will contact the customer via email with an estimated delivery date. All orders are shipped USPS. A ONE-TIME courtesy replacement is offered for lost packages. We currently do not offer shipping outside the US.
Refund Policy – “If you are unsatisfied with your product, or if it is damaged or defective, you may return the product for a full refund within 30 days. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
