Adding CBD to your morning coffee or smoothie is a great way to ensure that you have a relaxing and easy-going morning!
CBD Morning Smoothie Recipe:
  • 5 Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 handful Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 handful of Frozen Spinach
  • 8oz Oatmilk (or whatever milk/juice you prefer)
  • 1/4 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Tb Agave
  • 10-20 drops of KB Pure Essentials 250mg CBD Hemp Oil

 

2. CBD Lemon Dressing

CBD Dressing
Add CBD to your favorite salad or sandwich dressing for a calming mid-day meal!
CBD Salad Dressing Recipe:
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 minced garlic cloves (or 2 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 5-10 drops of KB Pure Essentials 500mg CBD Hemp Oil
